At Karacha we want to keep buying and returning items as simple as possible, if you need to return an item please read below to see which scenario best describes your situation (for online auction returns go to point 6) :
1 - I would like to return an item for an exchange within 30 days. I bought the wrong item.
No problem. Simply pop the item in the post to us along with a cheque to cover delivery (and any price difference) of the correct item. Call or email us first to be advised of the correct postage amount for your item. If your item is unopened and "as new" there will be no further costs to the buyer. If the item has been opened the return in most cases will be refused. In some instances when the instrument has been opened but is "as new" the return will be accepted with a restocking fee of 10%.
2 - I would like to return a brand new unopened, unused item for refund within 30 days. Changed my mind.
If you have an item which is entirely as it left our warehouse, packaging untouched etc you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The return is at the postage cost of the customer and the refund will not include the original postage. If the item has been opened the return will be refused, it will be returned to the customer and postage billed.
3 - I would like to return an item which has been opened. Changed my Mind.
In most cases the return will be refused and returned to the customer and postage billed.
If you are trialing one of our instruments under the 7 day teacher approval scheme please ensure you tell us at purchase and this will be recorded on your order, you can email us if you are buying online.
