At Karacha we do not only define value by price, we always select quality products and offer full customer support. However price is important and our two pricing policies, “Always Best Value” and “Price Match” ensure that Karacha is not usually the best value, but always the best value.
Always Best Value
At Karacha we offer excellent value across all product ranges. We regularly check all major UK competitors and adjust our prices to reflect any sales or special offers. This means our customers can always be assured they are paying the lowest price in the UK. With the launch of “always best value” we commit to check our major competitors prices at least once per week and adjust to match any lower price within 24 hours.
Price Match
If you find the same product cheaper anywhere else, including similar products under a different brand name, Karacha will match the price.
For Karacha to match a price we will require the following:
• The product is in stock and available from the competitor.
• The competitor is a registered UK business.
• The price includes delivery to your address within 3 days.
Going further than any other retailer:
• We will match with businesses which are based solely online.
• We will price match with any sale or special offer. The only exception being genuine closing down sales when products may be sold significantly under cost.
• We will price match on similar products. Karacha may carry one brand of clarinet and another major retailer may carry a different brand of clarinet. We will commit to price match any “similar” product. Our team will check the product is of equivalent quality / spec and if the product is as good as the Karacha brand we will price match.
