Buying Online

At Karacha we meet dozens of new customers everyday, many of which are taking their first tentative footsteps into buying online, we've taken a number of steps to make buying online from Karacha a simple process.

To buy an item you simply click "Add To Cart" then proceed to browsing about for your next item and repeat the process, once you've collected all the item click on "Checkout" located in the top right of the screen.

At this stage if you've never bought from us before you'll be asked to sign up for an account, signing up for an account basically means giving us your delivery details, anyone can sign up to shop at Karacha and we never pass on customer details.

If you have an email address you will receive updates on the progress of your order and if your item was sent by courier a tracking number and instructions on how to track the progress of your order will also be sent.

Please also enter a phone number, some customers leave the phone number field blank but if there is any problems with your order it can make it very difficult to make contact, we will never share your phone numbers or use it to cold call.

After you enter your delivery address and move to our payment pages you will see a an "s" in the address bar at the top where it usually says http (now https), this means you are on our secure server and your payment details are fully protected - our online system is much more secure than for instance handing your card over in a restaurant.

On completion of payment you will receive a confirmation email, you will receive another email when your item is despatched, depending on the chosen delivery method your item will arrive usually within 1-3 days.
