If you are thinking of buying the easiest thing to do is to call and ask for David or Adam. They are our full time schools liaisons and will personally handle your school's orders, David or Adam are always on the end of the phone on 028 91 272 565 ( Fax: 0871 994 15 31) to help, advise and take orders. We know schools are busy places so we will personally do anything to save on your time.

Buying is simple:

• Download our school order form by clicking here.     If you have your own school order form please simply use it.
• Browse Karacha.com viewing products and prices, fill in the order form as you go. If you are rushed we are happy to receive an order form which is simply telling us which instruments and the quantities - we can do the rest.

If you are going to complete prices please don't worry whether you seperate VAT or not, all Karacha prices include 15% VAT and we'll provide you with an invoice with a full breakdown.

• Fax / Email back the order form together with a signature on your schools letter head. Fax: 0871 994 15 31
• We will email / fax you back an invoice for your approval with 30 days credit.
• Goods will be despatched within 48 hours. We hold several thousand instruments in stock at any time which allows for fast and reliable order fulfilment.

There are no catches to our service, we have teachers on hand to help and advise and we offer a full years warranty on all instruments.  We sell all the big brands and many new brands, if you want to test an instrument out before purchasing a quantity of them simply call David or Adam on 028 91 272 565 and they will arrange trial instrument to be sent for your approval - with no cost to your school.

Terms:
We are happy to offer an invoice and 30 days credit on all school orders but it may be cheaper for schools to pay for small orders with a credit card. If you are paying upfront by card thre is no need to fax us an ordef form you can simply move through  www.karacha.com. 

Delivery on all school orders is charged at cost, starting at £4.99, typically an order of 2 or 3 instruments would ship for under £10.
