Tenders Made Simple

If you have a specific shopping list of products required by your organisation simply fax or email us the list and a member of staff will prepare a quote. A teacher's time is precious, let our staff do the work and offer you a detailed quote with lots of options.

Karacha's best selling products are displayed online but  we have won tenders to supply Tubas, Double Basses, Bassoons, none of these products are available online but due to our buying power we could still offer the best price to our customers.

Placing your order:

Simply send us an order on your standard school order form. If you don't have a form please just detail the products you would like to order on your school's headed paper.

If you are going to complete prices please don't worry whether you seperate VAT or not, all Karacha prices include 20% VAT and we'll provide you with an invoice with a full breakdown.

• We will email / fax you back an invoice for your approval with 30 days credit.
• Goods will be despatched within 24 hours. We hold several thousand instruments in stock at any time which allows for fast and reliable order fulfilment.
